Dale Ballentine is the Director of Ticketing Operations at Eventim.
He is a two-decade plus veteran of the ticketing world, having also worked with Ticketmaster, Live Nation and Motorsport Tickets.
As part of his role at Eventim, he’s managed the ticketing operations for the London, Rio and now Paris Olympics. And to think, it all started with a job in the box office at his local cinema in Durham in the UK.
