How do the referrals work?

Every fan gets a unique referral link to share, and each successful referral earns points. This word-of-mouth mechanic turns your audience into a marketing engine, lowering cost per acquisition while building a highly engaged database ready to convert on-sale day.

What rewards should I provide?

The best rewards are money can't buy experiences: meet and greets, side-of-stage access, signed merch, VIP upgrades, free tickets, soundcheck access, or exclusive pre-sale codes. We recommend a tiered structure so every fan has something achievable at the lower levels (like a pre-sale code or digital download) while super-fans compete for premium prizes, maximising shares, referrals, and sign-ups across your campaign.

What are the points for?

Points unlock rewards, which are provided by you to the top point scorers. By enabling fans to earn points, you can achieve up to double the number of presale registrations and email/sms subscribers, along with significantly more data for improved segmentation and targeting.

What fields can I capture?

Capture the fan data that drives marketing and ticket sales: name, email, mobile, date of birth, postcode, gender and preferred genres or artists, plus custom fields for anything specific to your event. Everything flows into your CRM, where it combines with your ticketing data for improve segmentation and targeting.

How do fans get to my sign up page?

Our sign-up page has a unique, shareable URL you can promote across your usual channels: email, SMS, paid ads, organic social and Instagram bio links.

How do I prevent fake or spam sign-ups?

Turn on email/sms verification. Each fan receives a unique code they have to enter to complete registration, so only verified contacts hit your message lists.

How does the gamification work?

Fans earn points for completing actions you choose: referring friends, sharing, following, subscribing and completing their profile. Those points unlock rewards you provide, which drives significantly higher engagement and rewards your top supporters.

Who owns my data?

You do. Audience Republic is purely a software platform, and your data is only used to deliver our services to you. We never sell your data, market to your audience or make it available to anyone else. The only other use is aggregate, anonymised data to improve the platform.

What data can I collect from fans?

You can capture the data that matters most for marketing and ticket sales: name, email, phone, location, date of birth, favourite artists, and answers to custom questions. Everything syncs automatically to your CRM, email, and SMS tools, giving you rich first-party insights to power smarter, more targeted campaigns.

Can I customize campaigns to match my brand?

Yes. Every campaign is customisable with your logo, colours, fonts, images, videos and copy, along with embeddable widgets that integrate seamlessly into your website.

What types of data capture campaigns can I create?

Presale registration, wait lists, competitions and sign up forms are the most popular. That said, our data capture forms are fully customisable and you can use them a range of purposes, whether it's a tour, festival, album release, or drop, you can launch fully branded campaigns in minutes and start capturing fan data that converts into ticket sales.

Can the Audience Republic team assist with my campaign set up?

How do fans know when they have earned points?

Campaigns have automated notifications which reward fans for inviting more friends.

Audience Republic campaigns automatically notify fans when their friends' accept their invitation to register. When fans refer a friend to the campaign, they get an additional 10 points and an automatic email notification. The email has been carefully crafted and tested to drive engagement.

The email specifies which friend accepted the invite, encourages them to earn more points and drives them back into the platform to invite more friends. This mechanism is key in making the the campaign go viral but also encourages group ticket buying behaviour.

How can I prevent cheating in campaigns?

Audience Republic has several measures in place to ensure all campaign entries, registrations and points are valid.

To protect your campaign, ensure that mobile number is enabled as part of registration. This will allow SMS verification for fans, and our algorithm can determine any suspicious activity. We also recommend users set up email verification to ensure that your campaign is filled only with verified, high-quality contacts.
