Optimize your messaging with deeper insights

As Nederlander Concerts VP of Marketing Jamie Loeb told us, email marketing sells concert tickets.

But how can you improve your email marketing to maximise ticket sales? Well, our new message insights dashboard will help! Now you can track:

  • Delivery Rate: this measures the percentage of emails that made it to your subscribers' inboxes. If your delivery rate is low, it could mean that your email was flagged as spam or that your email list needs cleaning up.
  • Open Rate: this tells you how many people opened your email. A high open rate means your subject line and email preview caught your audience's attention.
  • Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR): this measures the percentage of people who clicked on a link in your email after opening it. It’s the ultimate way of measuring how engaging your email content is, and helps you determine whether your email design and messaging are effective.
  • Unsubscribe Rate: this measures how many people unsubscribed from your email list after receiving your email. A high unsubscribe rate could indicate that your content or frequency isn't resonating well with your audience and needs a re-think.
These metrics will provide valuable insights into how your email campaigns are performing and what changes you can make to improve your results and drive those ticket sales!

A/B testing to maximize the impact of your messaging
